Mentorship Program

Practical support for women starting a business

Eight structured group sessions covering what actually matters when you are starting out. Business planning, pricing decisions, financial clarity, and knowing where to find support.

Starting a business raised more questions than I expected. Having a structured space to work through pricing, finances and planning made a real difference.

Eight meetings, one programme

Each session has a clear topic. You leave with practical understanding you can use, not just information.

Session 1: Where You Are Starting From

Mapping your current situation, what you want to build, and what you already know.

Session 2: Business Planning Basics

The elements of a working plan, how to make one useful rather than a document that sits in a drawer.

Session 3: Understanding Your Market

Who buys, why they buy, and how to think clearly about who you are trying to reach.

Session 4: Pricing Your Work

Approaches to pricing. What to factor in, common mistakes, and how to feel more confident about what you charge.

Session 5: Separating Finances

Why mixing personal and business money creates problems, and how to set up a cleaner system.

Session 6: Reading Your Numbers

Basic financial literacy for business owners: income, costs, and understanding what the numbers mean.

Session 7: Self-Employment Support

What kinds of programmes and support exist for self-employed people, and how to find and access them.

Session 8: Next Steps

Reviewing what you have covered and thinking through what comes next in your business.
